SkillsClub is a network of professional software testers and developers, to which only specially certified persons have access. Only SkillsClub decides about the admission to the network. There is neither a legal nor an actual claim to become a member of the network “SkillsClub”. The mission of SkillsClub is to give the group of people authorized to enter the network the possibility to exchange information, to meet, to discover professional opportunities, to inform themselves and to educate themselves.
Agreement to the terms of use

Contract
If you register, or if the Certification Authority to which you have given permission to share your information with us for the purpose of creating a tamper-proof certificate, shares its information with us in order to provide you with a tamper-proof certificate, and SkillsClub agrees to such registration, you will become a member of SkillsClub. If you do not register or become registered for our services, you may access certain features as a “visitor”.
You agree that you are entering into a legally binding contract with SkillsClub (including when using our Services on behalf of a business) when you “Register” or are registered as a member of SkillsClub as aforesaid and SkillsClub consents to your registration. If you do not agree to this Agreement (“Agreement” or “User Agreement”), do not click on “Join Now” (or similar) and do not access any of our Services in any way. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may do so at any time by closing your account and by no longer accessing or using our Services.

When using the Services, you confirm that you have created or obtained an account on SkillsClub using only your real name and that you have not already been barred by SkillsClub from using the Services. Creating and maintaining an account using false information is a violation of our Terms.
Members are account holders. You agree to: (A) choose a secure password, keep it secret, and keep it confidential; (B) not transfer any part of your account to others (such as contacts); and (C) comply with the law. You are solely responsible for all actions taken through your account unless you have closed the account or reported abuse to us.
You agree that we may send you communications and messages within SkillsClub that refer you to professional opportunities and may be from third parties.

Although SkillsClub takes the utmost care to ensure that the information contained on the SkillsClub website is correct at the time of publication, neither SkillsClub nor our contractual partners can guarantee or warrant the correctness, completeness and/or reliability of the information in the legal sense.
Furthermore, SkillsClub cannot accept any responsibility for, and makes no representation that, the functions contained in the SkillsClub Website will be uninterrupted or that the SkillsClub Website or the relevant server is free from viruses or other harmful components.
